our world is changing at high speed under pressure : economical – uncontrolled inflation of raw materials, financial systemic crisis -, legal pressures, ecological collapse, media pressure…
its complexity is increasing.
We are living a unique moment in the history of mass consumption: new markets, new opportunities, new business models are emerging.
in this new world, what is called sustainability becomes a key success factor in the new economy.
our practice has set tools, methods and approaches to integrate sustainability in the companies’ strategies for them to perform in the world of tomorrow.
integrating sustainability is a mid-long term project. It should involve all stakeholders and project the company's vision.
our methodology is structured around 3 steps.
1st step - set strategic priorities
the new parameters which will be injected into the company’s strategy are complex and numerous. It is crucial to organize them according to their impact and urgency.
agoodforgood® has developed a tool that combines the stakeholders needs and expectations with the strategic givens of the company – resulting in a strategic roadmap : the eco-strat® matrix.
the eco-strat® matrix is based on a preliminary comprehensive audit of all companies’ strategic departments.
2nd step - move the strategy into action.
sustainability strategies are comprehensive systems that combine and involve all stakeholders. It requires a solid coordination in time around an ad hoc workshop called greenteam. The goal is to generate strategic actions across the company: R&D, product, quality, finance… - controlled by KSI (key sustainability indicators)
3rd step - design products and services and communicate
the concrete applications of the strategic choices are essential to perform better. Some specific application tools have been designed by agoodforgood®. They are described in the site areas called eco-conception and eco-communication.
